LATAA Football Academy delivers professional, structured player development — built by a UEFA Pro Licence coach and former professional player. Technical excellence, game intelligence and character, for every player on the pathway.
Run by an ex-professional player holding football's highest coaching qualification.
A player development programme progressing from technical foundation to performance.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday sessions on 3G facilities at Goals Dagenham.
More than football coaching — a professional environment built to develop technique, mindset and character together.
Run by an ex-professional player holding the highest coaching qualification in the game.
Every player is treated as an individual — their strengths, needs and pace of learning shape the sessions.
Structured, monitored progress with a written player development review each month.
Building resilience and confidence so players can perform under pressure, on and off the pitch.
Discipline, respect and teamwork are coached with the same intent as technique and tactics.
A welcoming environment for all abilities, focused on enjoyment as much as high standards.
Three programmes, each designed around how players actually develop at that stage — from foundation to performance.
Every player moves through the same six stages of development — at their own pace, with the same end goal.
Sessions are designed by a UEFA Pro Licence coach to maximise ball contact, repetition and decision-making.
Monday sessions focus on developing the technical foundations required to become a confident, effective footballer — designed to maximise ball contact and repetition.
As players progress, training increasingly links technical ability with tactical awareness — helping players recognise situations, decide, and execute under pressure.
Friday sessions apply technical skills in a game environment — players play, experiment, make decisions and solve problems in realistic football situations.
Weekday evenings, all year round, on 3G facilities at Goals Dagenham. All abilities welcome.

Develop the person.
Develop the player.
Develop the performance.
Our coaching philosophy is centred around creating better players and better people. Players develop best in an environment that is positive, challenging, supportive and player-centred — one where they're encouraged to take ownership of their learning.
We develop players who are technically excellent, tactically intelligent, physically prepared and mentally resilient, while building the character, confidence and values needed to succeed both on and off the pitch.
The goal isn't just better footballers — it's confident, resilient, ambitious young people, ready to succeed in football and in life.
To develop better players, better people, and create a pathway for every player to reach their potential — in a professional, positive and challenging environment.
We support every player to develop their football ability, confidence, character and mindset, and inspire them to love the game, embrace challenges and take ownership of their journey.
Whether the ambition is to play at the highest level, or simply become the best version of themselves.
